For us it starts with conservation. Whether that is in our apartment homes or in the common areas we look to conserve the energy consumed on property. More often this is done through water conservation improvements such as low flow showerheads and toilets. All our lighting on property is done with modern high efficiency LED bulbs and fixtures. We strive to use efficient heating and cooling through modern heat pump technology. The over arching goal……………………….. consume less.

Once conservation has been completed we look to offset our energy footprint by producing power on property. We strive to achieve a net neutral energy use through the use of high production Photovoltaic panels and micro inverters.
